Mighty Mos High is an independent artist representing Jersey with a real gritty underground style. Matching a bit of the vibe of the piece, his latest album Embrace Chaos released on Friday the 13th. His raw lyrics engage the mind while taking the listener on a journey that tells the story of his perspective and life experiences thus far at 24. When asked, Mos High has said that the main message he hopes to deliver with this project is

“ Stay high, stay black, stay beautiful and embrace the chaos. Not high drug wise but high in your evaluated spirituality. Not black the color of my skin but just like the color black remain solid and allow no one to change you. Not beautiful like how fat your ass and tittes or how big your muscles are but the beauty within. Lastly, embrace your id, embrace you in your rawest form, do what the f*ck you feeling.”

Mighty Mos High, who also goes by T .F .P (The F*ckin' Prophet) is a poet by nature. On this 9 track album, his Jersey background exudes an underground style, while his raspy voice bears raw delivery and hard-hitting, authentic lyricism that many lovers of Hip Hop are looking for. This is one of those projects where you’ll have your favorites, but the best way to enjoy the album, which is out now on Soundcloud and Bandcamp,is to listen to it all the way through.

The listener is guided through the psyche of T.F.P with a combination of anime and clips of actual previous conversations he’s had accenting the way. This talented lyricist isn’t afraid to give the audience himself in his purest chaotic form . He makes references to the id, which is a component of the Freudian psychoanalytical theory of personality, and encourages everyone to embrace their own. In his words, he provides “Raw truth” which includes “love hate pain and passion.”
